Rory Warnock

Rory Warnock is an industry-leading performance and wellness coach, ultramarathon runner and keynote speaker. He specialises in breathwork and nervous system regulation to help improve mental and physical health, to optimise wellbeing and performance.

As a coach, he's worked with leading global organisations including Google, Amazon, Canva, LinkedIn, Uber, BCG, Cognizant, Woolworths, NRMA, Soho House, American Express, BlackRock, the Royal Australian Air Force and the Sydney Swans (AFL and AFLW).

As an athlete, he's completed numerous single- and multi-day ultramarathons, including Ultra-Trail Australia (22 km, 50 km and 100 km), the Atacama Crossing in Chile (250 km) and the BTU Mountain Ultra in Kyrgyzstan (200 km). In 2024, he ran the Sydney Marathon with his mouth taped.

Alongside being a coach, Rory works as a partner, ambassador and educator for several health, fitness and wellbeing brands, including Lululemon, Apple and Technogym, and his work has been featured in major publications such as the Australian Financial Review, GQ, Vogue, ELLE, Grazia, Vice, Robb Report, Qantas Insider, and the Sydney Morning Herald.
