Millennials and Gen Z are in line for the greatest windfall in history-$78 trillion of inherited wealth, $16 trillion of it in the next decade. They are reaching the age where they have money to invest, but risk shrinking their wealth instead of growing it because they don't understand the modern tools of investing and how to avoid their pitfalls.
The Gritty Investor covers everything from boring-but-important financial basics to exciting-but-risky digital crazes. You'll learn how to handle an inheritance, manage your cash, beat inflation, survive a
layoff, buy a house, and fund your retirement. You'll uncover the authors' best strategies as they explain simple and complex investment vehicles, talk you through the trading apps, and provide action steps for financial life transitions, all illustrated by true stories from the front lines of the investing world.
Best of all, the authors will teach you the strategies they use to persevere through the market booms and crashes. They will show you how to resist the lure of crypto-scams and meme-stock frenzies, so that, like the slow and steady tortoise, you win the race to financial security.
